Fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1840. The movement with a cylinder escapement. Silver, engine turned dial with eccentric time indication, black Roman hour numerals on a brushed chapter ring, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and original moon hands. A plain case. Dial and cuvette signed, case numbered.
