A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1912. Retailed by W.W. Wattles & Sons. The manual wind nickel moustache lever movement with 18 jewels, a cam regulator and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with bold Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and blued steel Breguet hands, one hand is lacking. The polished case with stepped bezels, a monogram on the back and hinged cuvette with an engraving. Dial, case and movement signed by the watchmaker, cuvette and movement signed by the retailer.
