A fine 18 Carat gold enamel ladies’ pocket pendant watch, made by Hédin in Limoges, France, circa 1920. This watch has an 18 Carat gold, blue guilloché enamelled open faced case with white edges, a reeded middle section and a dust cover with a commemorative engraving “Edith De Roffignac” on the edge, a fine engine-turned dial with Breguet steel hands and a movement with a cylinder escapement, probably Le Coultre.
