A French 18 carat gold and enamel open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1920. The movement with a lever escapement, eight jewels and eight adjustments. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, outer minute divisions and heavy blued moon hands. The case with light blue guilloché enamel in a sunburst pattern on the back, the front bezel is decorated to match. Dial and movement signed, case signed and numbered. Comes with a blue Cartier pouch.
