A very fine and small French open faced yellow gold pocket watch, made by Abraham Louis Breguet, circa 1820. This watch features a frostedgilt bridge movement with keywind operation, a ruby cylinder escapement, and a three arm gold balance. It has a silver engine turned dial with radial Roman numerals on the outer chapter ring and Breguet hands. The 18 carat gold case is decorated with radiating patterns.
