A French fine gold enamel verge pocket watch, Daisy, circa 1840. The watch has a gold enamel case with paste-set bezels. The backside is engine-turned and translucent cobalt blue enamelled, and in the centre, there is a daisy blossom. The enamel dial has Arabic numerals and paste-set hands. The watch’s movement is fire gilt full plate, which is keywind with chain/fusee, rounded pillars, three-arm brass balance, and pierced balance bridge.
