A fine and small Swiss 18 carat gold musical pendant watch, playing on the hour and at will, circa 1825. An Empire, engine turned case with a hinged gold cuvette. Gold, engine turned dial with radial Roman numerals and outer minute markers and blued steel Scotties hands. Gilt movement, standing barrels, inverted cylinder escapement, three-arm brass balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator, pin-disc musical movement with 20 individual steel blades. The movement is attributed to Piguet & Meylan.
