A very fine gentleman’s Glashütte, quarter repeating, hunting cased pocket watch, manufactured quality 1A, circa 1900.
Polished 14-carat rose gold case. Enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold Louis XV hands. Frosted, gilt 3/4 plate movement with screwed gold chatons, two hammers / two gongs, gold screw compensation balance, hand-engraved balance cock, index spring fine adjusting device, gold lever and escape wheel and chatoned diamond endstone on balance. Dial and movement signed.
