A fine and large Geneva minute repeating gentleman’s pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1882.
18 Carat pink gold case, tiered, polished and à goutte, with a gold dome, pusher for chronograph via pendant and slide for repeating mechanism. Signed enamel dial with radial Arabic hours, auxiliary seconds and gold Louis XV hands. Bridge movement, nickel-plated, with Geneva Striping, finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, two hammers / two gongs and gold screw compensation balance.
