A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1937. Retailed by Hausmann & Co. Sold on 8th April 1938. Lever movement, 18 jewels. Silvered dial with raised gold hour markers, Arabic 9, 12 and 3, subsidiary seconds. Plain case, snap on back. Dial signed by watchmaker and retailer, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the production of this watch in 1937.
