A Swiss gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1882. Cal. 19”’ nickel lever extra highly jewelled escapement, wolf tooth winding. Signed and numbered gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and blued steel hands. 18 Carat polished case, polychrome enamel family crest to the cover. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed. With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming sale in 1885.
