French gold, enamel and pearl set cylinder watch Circa 1820

A French gold, enamel and pearl set open faced cylinder pocket watch, circa 1820. Full plate gilt fusee movement well converted to cylinder, finely pierced and engraved bridge cock with steel coqueret, plain three armed gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring, silver regulator dial with blue steel indicator. Winding through the fully restored white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and gilt hands.   Consular case decorated with translucent dark blue enamel over an engine turned ground overlaid with gilt stars, a single row of whole pearls set around the middle of the case.
