Very early Patek Philippe full hunter cased watch

A hunting cased watch with an extract from the archives made by Patek, Philippe & Co in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1860. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, has a coined band and is engine turned on both the front and the back lid. The white enamel dial has Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial with Arabic numerals at 6 o’clock and steel Breguet hands. The extremely rare caliber has an early version of an anker chronometer balance, a special lever escapement and key winding. Cuvette signed.
