A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless chronograph pocket watch with pulsometer scale made by Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, circa 1922. A polished case. White enamel dial with black Roman hours, an outer minute and fifth of a second track with Arabic five minute numerals, an outermost red pulsometer scale graduated to 30 pulsations, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12, a central blued chronograph hand and gold spade hands. This watch features a 1/5 second chronograph activated by a single round pushpiece located on the winding crown. Movement with a lever escapement, an index regulator with a swan neck spring and a micrometric screw. Dial, case and movement signed.
