An elegant Swiss, 18K gold, enamel and rose-cut diamond-set, hunting cased lady’s pendant watch, circa 1850. Accompanied by a gold and enamel ratchet key. The front cover is decorated with a rose-cut diamond-set bunch of grapes with green enamel leaves, Royal blue guilloche enamel ground, and an engraved foliate border, the back cover is similarly decorated with a rose-cut diamond-set flower spray, and coin-edge band. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
