A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch with a polychrome enamel portrait and brooch, circa 1850. Gilt cylinder movement with eight rubies. Gold cuvette.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer minute ring and blued steel hands. Front cover with a polychrome enamel portrait of a Renaissance lady with an applied border around it, front cover opens by pushing the button on the pendant. Case back engraved and black enamelled. With an associated gold brooch.
