Gold and enamel flower basket-shaped cylinder watch

A very rare Swiss 18K gold and enamel cylinder pendant watch in the shape of a flower basket, circa 1800.
Movement in the shape of a heart, cylinder escapement, key-winding.
Small white enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, fine steel Breguet hand. The case with polychrome enamel on both sides, a motif of flowers and fruits over dark blue engine-turning, fly spring mechanism. Cuvette signed and numbered. Comes with the original matching gold and enamel key and box.
