A fine Swiss 18K gold and enamel hunting cased lady’s pendant watch, circa 1850. Accompanied by a gold and enamel chain holding the key and a painted portrait. The front of the case with a polychrome enamel view of a peaceful river with trees, a foliate blue and white enamel engraved bezel, the back is finely painted with an enamel flower bouquet on a yellow guilloché enamel ground with a pale blue and foliate engraved gold border. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman hours, outer minute track and blued steel Breguet hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm gilt balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed.
