Gold and enamel unsigned pearl set form watch

A fine and rare, gold and enamel, pearl set, Swiss pocket watch in the shape of a mandolin, circa 1800-1810.
18 Carat gold case, the back cover with blue enamelling decorated with a sheet of music and foliate decor in taille d’epargne, the front side engine turned, translucent red enamelled and set with half pearls, glazed soundhole for visible balance bridge, the edges with gold foliate on a black ground. Enamel dial with Arabic numerals and blued spade hands. Full plate, gilded brass movement with fusee and chain, verge escapement, monometallic balance (gilded brass), blued steel flat hairspring and a pierced and engraved gilded continental cock.
