A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and enamel half hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1891. The jewelled movement with a moustache lever escapement and cut bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals and blued hands. The case with translucent pink enamel on a guilloché ground on the front cover with a radial red Arabic hour chapter, a polychrome enamel scene on the case back depicting an ibis bird near a pond and an 18 carat yellow gold cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed.
