A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Ulysse Nardin, in Le Locle & Geneva, circa 1905. The cover and case back are polished, the inside cover engraved in fine cut with the mention: Marc Schläppi/Pâques 1908. The case is made by JN, the Neuchâtel mountains. White enamel dial, with suspended Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and yellow gold spade hands. A gilded brass movement, going barrel, gold screwed chaton on the central wheel, gold non-magnetic straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic brass-Invar compensated Guillaume balance with gold poising screws and Palladium hairspring with terminal curve, polished steel index-regulator. Signature on the dial, case and movement.
