White enamel dial, Breguet hands, outer minute divisions, 18k yellow gold case, translucent blue enamel case back with gold, diamond and pearl-set foliage motif, case and cuvette numbered, with a rose metal chatelaine with blue enamel and pearl-set chatelaine with key.
