A gold Swiss exquisitely engraved, keyless pocket watch, circa 1860. This watch features a gold case with an engraved scene of Venice on the back. It has a hinged cuvette made of gold, an enamel dial, and a steel movement with a cylinder escapement. The watchmaker Eugène Bornand, from Switzerland, is recorded to have made it around 1860. The inner case is signed with his name in script.
