An 18K gold, octagonal form, rim decorated with Oriental pearls, back with a slider, underneath openings for winding, time setting and adjustment, cylinder escapement, decorative dial with gold/ enamel decorations and visible balance, set with diamonds, miniature Breguet hands, minor professional restorations between case back and ring band, movement intact, service recommended, rarity.
