A small Swiss 18K yellow gold open faced keyless pendant watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1903. The manual wind jewelled nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost gold Arabic five minute numerals and stylized hands. The case with a textured front bezel, chased back with a decoratively engraved central monogram and an 18 carat yellow gold cuvette. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed.
