A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and enamel open faced pocket watch made by Patek & Cie in Geneva, circa 1850. The gilt movement with a cylinder escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals. The case with a milled band and a polychrome enamel scene of a courting couple in 19th century dress on the back, framed in scrollwork (with losses), the cuvette signed Patek & Cie Genève.
