A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1905. The ultra thin manual wind jewelled nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with black Breguet hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and kite hands. Both bezels with an engraved floral design, the case back with engine turned anthracite enamel enhanced with paillons and a central chased lion’s head. The gold cuvette engraved George Nelson Lonrey. Dial, case, movement and cuvette signed.
