An original silver case, matching number on the movement, signed verge movement, very beautiful and rare dial with decentralized indication, two oval enamel cartouches and one round enamel cartouche with representation of a king, this cartouche is designed as a dome, opening by a small button at the edge, hidden erotic enamel painting underneath, signed dial, original pink-gold hands, very good condition of preservation, absolute rarity.
