An interesting Swiss silver hunting cased verge pocket watch with alarm, circa 1800. Very fine verge movement. Cuvette pierced and engraved. White enamel dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, central alarm scale, filigree gold Breguet hands. Engine-turned case, rare hunting case shape for such an early verge watch, spring lid opens by pressing the pendant button, bell. Case numbered, dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
