Gold quarter repeating pocket watch by Robert & Droz

A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced quarter repeating pocket watch with striking mechanism and date, circa 1800. Very fine movement quality, rare complication, combination of repeating the quarters and hand date. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel Breguet hands. Engine turned case, bezel probably had some decoration elements which are missing now. Cuvette signed and numbered, dial signed.
