A French 18 carat three-colour gold open faced Louis XV quarter repeating à toc verge pocket watch with matching chatelaine with original key and signet, circa 1775. Comes with the original box. Case with multi-coloured design and small enamel inlays. Verge movement, repeating the hours and quarter hours à toc. White enamel Louis XV dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, blued steel Breguet hour hand, minute hand missing. Movement signed and numbered.
