A fine English, 18 carat gold keywind half hunter pocket watch with power reserve, London Hallmark for 1861. Gilt 3/4 plate English lever, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, diamond endstone, stamped ‘AD Fmsz’
White enamel dial with black Roman numerals, black outer minute track, subsidiary dials at 6 and 12 for seconds and up/down indication, gilt double spade hands.
Polished consular hinged case, Roman numeral chapter to front, monogram to back, reeded bandDial and movement signed the case with a master mark for James Walter Scott. Dial and movement signed, case stamped RR.
