A very nice, fine quality, gold, enamel and pearl-set French pocket watch with open-face, circa 1775.
Very high-quality 18K gold case with French gold hallmarks, opening button in the pendant, enamelled edges on both sides, and blue guilloche enamel with enamelled pearl edge on the reverse. Signed and numbered spindle movement. Enamel dial with Arabic radial hours, outer minutes track with five minutes numerals, and red gold hands.
