An 18K gold, Swiss punches, three different gold colours, extravagant splendour case with high relief, turquoises on both sides, complex verge movement, repeating hours and quarters, original and very attractive gold dial, two coloured gold relief with blossoms and leaves, enamelled cartouches, enamelled minute ring, gold Breguet hands, in very beautiful condition, in working order.
