Gold verge enamel  pocket watch

A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch with on the back a polychrome enamel portrait of a woman, circa 1760.
Dark Green enamel border overlaid by a diamond-set pierced white metal mask, diamond border to the front bezel.
The white enamel dial features black Roman numerals and filigree hands.
Winding through the white enamel front.
The full fire plate gilt movement has a verge fusee escapement, pierced and engraved bridge cock.
