A Swiss platinum open faced lever pocket watch with fob, circa 1925. The movement with a lever escapement. Matt silvered dial with applied Arabic hours, an outer dot minute track, guilloché subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and heavy moon hands. A plain case. Dial signed. Comes with a diamond set fob, the original presentation box, an additional crystal, the Certificate of Origin, correspondence from 1980 confirming the production of this watch in 1925 and its subsequent sale in January 1927 to a W. Friedlander of Seattle and an Extract from the Archives confirming the date of sale January 31st, 1927.
