Swiss 18K gold quarter repeating verge watch with alarm Circa 1800

A fine Swiss 18K gold open faced quarter repeating verge pocket watch with alarm and eccentric dial, circa 1800. Gilt full plate verge movement, balance bridge, three arm balance, silver dial for the regulator and two hammers repeating on a gong. A gilt cuvette. White enamel dial, eccentric chapter ring for the hours and minutes, the alarm set on central, an outer minute graduation ring and Breguet numerals. The case with a guilloché pattern on the bezel, band and back, a locking device on the band for the pendant repeating mechanism. Dial, cuvette and movement signed, hallmarks on the case.
