A Swiss gold and enamel open faced pocket watch, circa 1760. Gilt full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, three arm balance, Baroque single footed balance cock. White enamel dial, Roman numerals and outer ring in Arabic numerals. Painted polychrome enamel bezel with foliage, the case back with painted polychrome enamel depicting a couple in a love garden. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
