A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced lever pocket watch, Circa 1937. Retailed by Walser Wald. The watch features a calibre 17 mechanical movement with 18 jewels and a lever escapement. It has a two tone silvered dial with applied gold Arabic numerals at 3, 9, and 12, as well as dot markers, a subsidiary seconds dial, and gold leaf hands. The case is made of 18 carat yellow gold with a snap on case back. The case and movement are signed by the maker, while the dial is signed by the maker and the retailer. The watch comes in a Patek Philippe presentation box, which is stamped with the retailer’s name on the interior.
