A fine and rare Swiss, keyless, hunting cased, 18 Carat yellow gold digital jump hour pocket watch with day, date and moon phases, circa 1885. A solid case, engine turned cover and back, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with an aperture for Arabic jump hour numerals, an outer minute ring with five minute Arabic markers, subsidiary dials for the day of the week, date and seconds and moon phase aperture. A gilt brass movement, 15 jewels, gold châtons, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bi metallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
