An attractive Swiss 18 carat multicolour gold decorative pocket watch with applied decoration, circa 1795. Frosted gilt full-plate movement with round pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, brass balance with flat balance spring, pierced and engraved balance cock with polished steel coqueret.
The back set with applied decoration, and pastes surrounded by red translucent enamel, bezel set with pastes.
White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic numerals and original paste-set decorative hands. Dial and movement signed.
