Gold, enamel and pearl set pendant watch

A fine and rare, probably, Swiss gold, enamel and pearl set snail form watch, circa 1800. Gilt full plate movement, a verge escapement, pierced and engraved cock with regulator disc. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions and rose gold moon hands. The case has translucent red enamel on both sides, is further decorated with black and white enamel, and set with oriental pearls. Pendant numbered.
