An important Swiss 18 carat gold key wind pocket watch, circa 1800. The full plate movement is shaped like a vase and fully decorated on both sides. It is further fitted with a verge escapement, chain and fusee, three arm ring balance. The case is glazed on both sides. An eccentric white enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions and Breguet hands on the face.
