A Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1937. The fine jewelled manual wind nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance and swan neck precision regulator. Black enamel dial with applied gold baton hour indexes and Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and leaf hands. The plain case with a snap-on back. Dial, case and movement signed.
