A very rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased Louis XV lever pocket watch, circa 1885. Delivered to H. Pleister, 277 Regent Street, London. Precision movement, moustache lever escapement, wolf’s toothing. White enamel Louis XV dial with blue Roman hours and gold minutes, rose gold hands. Plain case, Louis XV lateral hinge, case punch Patek Philippe. Case numbered, dial signed, cuvette signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes with the original box of the English jeweller.
