An especially heavy Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating chronograph, circa 1882. Glazed movement, extremely rare chronograph calibre with minute repeater, patented in 1882, Geneva striping decoration. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands. Engraved case, monogrammed. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers.
