Gold and enamel cylinder watch with detachable brooch

A very fine, rare, and unusual Swiss 18-carat gold and enamel lapel watch with a detachable matching brooch, made in the 1880s. Frosted gilt movement, bar caliber, 4 jewels, cylinder escapement, three-armed gilt balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Engraved hinged gold cuvette. Guilloché white enamel dial with printed Roman numerals, outer minute track, and original gold Breguet hands. The case fully decorated with multi-color champlevé enameled floral and leaf decoration in a swirled pattern. Signed on the cuvette. Accompanied by a key.
