Pocket watch with anker chronometer

An elegant pocket watch with original box and anker chronometer, delivered to the chronometer maker Rodanet in Paris, France and made by Patek Philippe in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1885. The open faced very high-quality numbered case is crafted from 18 Carat pink gold and has a monogram on the back lid. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with black Arabic numerals and black Roman numerals for the minutes (outside) and hours (inside), subsidiary seconds dial at six o’clock and blued steel hands. The Patek Philippe anker chronometer movement has an extra large balance, a moustache lever escapement and winding wheels with Wolf’s toothing.
Case and movement have matching numbers and the cuvette is signed.
