Painted on enamel lady’s pendant watch

A fine and rare 18 Carat gold and painted on enamel half hunting cased keyless lady’s pendant watch. Made by Patek Philippe & Co. in Genève, Switzerland and retailed by Carenzio e Confalonieri in Milano Italy, circa 1885. Four body, bassine and polished case, the front cover with glazed aperture and radial black champlevé enamel Roman numerals, the back cover decorated with a polychrome painted on enamel coat of arms beneath a coronet and a hinged gold cuvette.
|White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and black spade hands. Matte gilt movement with 8 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Case and cuvette signed.
