A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch in excellent condition, made by Pateck et Cie in Geneva, circa 1885. Very fine quality, probably LeCoultre caliber, movement with 36 jewels, a lever escapement and screwed gold chatons, repeats the quarter hours. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gold spade hands. The numbered engine turned case with a monogrammed cartouche and signed cuvette.
